Mark's approach to personal training brings together a unique combination of knowledge, experience and philosophy. He has a strong academic and intellectual foundation that underlies how he develops programs for individual clients, experience training individuals of all ages and fitness levels, and a strong belief in holistic health and wellness that informs and enhances my program design strategies, motivational techniques and individual workout sessions. For the past decade Mark has given thousands of massage and Active Release treatments to hundreds of individuals. He continues to successfully help clients recover from injury, prevent future injuries, manage and eliminate chronic pain, perform better at work and in their favorite sports, and live up to their physical potential.
